

The Best Suka Ever! (Sawsawan ng Bayan)

Have you seen this kind of seasoning before? No? Now… I’d like you to introduce Suka Pinakurat. It is best use with fried fish, smoked fish and pig, lechon & etc. Hehehe.. seems you laugh by its name. This was tagged by the manufacturer as Sawsawan ng Bayan. Suka Pinakurat came from the extract of coconut and was preserved for quite some time. It may be reffered to as tuba due to the color, taste except that this seasoning has a chilly, and product specification of this product.
Maybe some who lived in would laugh to it’s name bacause of the term Pinakurat, wherein I dont know why it is called pinakurat. Pinakurat came from the Cebuano term kurat which means "surprise".
But we Mindanao’ans should be proud of this product though the package and name is not that presentable and famous, especially the Iligainon’s because the product came and was manufactured in Iligan.
